Setting This camp is a live action role-play adventure that takes place within the ongoing Trefoil Academy of Sorcery and Magery saga. Your actions and decisions throughout the day will directly influence your journey as well as the story to come. It is the ultimate choose-your-own-adventure. Previous attendees have likened this to a real-life video game that takes place in an alternate wizarding universe. Trefoil Academy of Magery and Sorcery for Gifted Young Witches and Wizards is an international wizarding school. Founded in 1420, various mage schools would compete for the honor of hosting this prestigious wandering academy during the summer. Gifted young mages from around the world attend for advanced magical instruction. A decade ago, Lord Perttu Westgaard, the current leader of the Westgaards, discovered that there were members of the Vek Bloodline hiding among the academy staff. However, in a flash of trickery, the students ultimately prevented Warlord Westgaard’s efforts. Their actions resulted in the academy becoming an active participant in this secret mage war and earned the Westgaard Bloodline’s wrath for interfering in their leader’s plan. In the process of preventing Lord Westgaard and then making a few allies along the way, the academy was forced to travel through time. It was discovered on their return that history has been altered. While it mostly remains the same, there are three main differences: 1) Dumbledore is alive and evil from his brief capture in the Shadow Realm 2) Terrified muggles have proof that mages exist. This has given rise to witch hunters, who are amassing an army to deal with this "unnatural" threat 3) Lord Westgaard is now Prime Minister and controls the ministry. It is a race to save the world.
